The 32 lb Shellane gas cylinder
Did it always come in 32 lb cylinders? How much did they cost? Was it delivered to your house, or did you have to get it from a supplier?

Believe it or not, this is what Jalan Yang Kalsom looked like in the 50s. Is the Cathay Hotel (left) still in business? I know the SHELL station (right) is gone now. What about the Ford building (in the background)? On that same note, where is the Ritz Hotel?
